And, honestly, with things like Critical Smash, Broken Lines, and Magic Smash, there's not. Dark Charlotte can also apply all three debuffs simultaneously and whip out some great magic damage. Without Super Stat Down, Riesz is better at debuffs. Unfortunately, anything Hawkeye can do, someone else can do better. Rogue ends up competing with Angela for magic damage - and remember, Ancient Curse goes brrrrbboooobmmmb. He does get access to auto buffing if you don't have Riesz, but it's random. Unfortunately, they're all quite situational, and he just doesn't bring much damage to the table to make up for it. Light/Light Hawkeye has a bunch of unique buffs - and some debuffs - that are pretty tough to replicate.
